Webster's Dictionary defines a mentor as “a trusted counselor or guide.” Mentoring is a tool that organizations can use to nurture and help people to grow. It can be an informal practice or a formal program. Students observe, question, and explore. Mentors demonstrate, explain and model. This workshop will share the principals that form the foundation for a solid mentoring program.
